Hiring and promoting female specialists and executives has been one of the strategic priorities in corporate development at Bosch since 2010. We are setting our course for the future by getting well-trained female engineers interested in challenging positions in our company. We are not just countering the shortage of qualified specialists that lies ahead, we are also consciously making use of mixed teams. These have been shown to work more efficiently and develop better products. Against this backdrop, we have also decided to increase the proportion of female executives in management.

Our aim is for 20 percent of all executive positions worldwide to be filled by women by 2020.
