Department head Heike Knoll on working part-time and teleworking

Going to evening classes, covering the children’s school holidays or working toward sporting targets – Bosch promotes a working culture in which associates can balance their professional commitment and their personal goals. Flexible working hours and home office arrangements are established components of this approach.

One example of this is the Group-wide MORE initiative. This project enables executives to work flexibly from home or part-time for at least three months. In this way, managers can gather experience outside their usual attendance at the workplace and can help the company to drive forward the change to a more liberal concept of working hours and places.
